# ZenBall — Privacy Policy / 隱私權政策

This Privacy Policy describes how **ZenBall** (the “App”) handles information relating to you. Zen Chang  (“we”, “us”) develops and operates the App. By using the App, you agree to this Policy; if you do not agree, please do not use the App.

### 1. Who we are and how to contact us

- **Developer / operator:** Zen Chang
- **Privacy contact email:** zenchang.com@gmail.com
- **App identity:** **ZenBall** on Google Play for Android (package name as shown on the store, currently `com.zenchang.zenball`).

If applicable laws grant you rights over personal data (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), contact us at the email above. We will respond within the time limits required by law where applicable.

### 2. What data we process and why

#### 2.1 The App itself (what we collect directly)

The App is a **casual marble game**. It **does not require account registration** and we do **not** ask you to provide your name, phone number, or email for sign-up.

- **Device sensors (e.g. gravity / accelerometer):** Used **only on your device** to read tilt and move the ball — **app functionality**. We do **not** use raw sensor data for **advertising** or upload it to **our own servers**.
- **Game progress (e.g. current stage):** Stored **primarily on your device** — **app functionality**.
- **Vibration:** If permitted by your device, used for feedback on clear / fail — **app functionality**.

#### 2.2 Third-party services and advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses **Google AdMob** (mobile ads by Google LLC) to show **banner, interstitial, and rewarded** ads. When ads load or you interact with them, **Google** and its partners may process data related to **ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance** (e.g. device and advertising identifiers, approximate location from IP, app and ad interactions). That processing is governed by **Google’s** privacy policy and terms.

We do **not** fully control how Google and its partners process data for advertising. Under **Google Play data safety** requirements, we summarize the main categories in the store listing (“Data safety” section).

#### 2.3 Google Play and your device

When you download or update the App via **Google Play**, **Google** may process data related to billing, devices, and store usage under its policies. Refer to Google’s documentation for details.

### 3. Sharing

- We do **not** **sell** personal information you voluntarily give us to third parties.
- **Advertising:** As described, **Google AdMob** and ad technology partners may receive or process ad-related data, depending on your device settings and applicable law.
- **Legal:** We may disclose information when required by law, by competent authorities, or to protect our rights and safety or those of others.

### 4. Transfer, storage, international transfers

Data sent over the network to Google services is generally protected in transit (e.g. HTTPS); details follow **Google’s** implementations.
If you are in the EEA or elsewhere, data may be processed outside your country; Google describes cross-border mechanisms in its policies.

### 5. Retention

- **On-device** progress we store can be removed by **uninstalling the App** or **clearing app data**.
- Retention of **advertising-related** data follows **Google** and relevant third parties’ policies.

### 6. Children’s privacy

The App is **not** primarily directed to children under **13**. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided inappropriate information to us, please contact us. If we learn we have collected a child’s personal information in violation of law, we will take appropriate steps.

If you label the App as child- or family-directed on Google Play, you must comply with **Google Play Families Policy** and configure ads and data collection accordingly (this Policy must match your actual setup).

### 7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to **access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, or object** to processing.
Because the App has **no user account**, many controls related to **ads and device identifiers** are available through **Android device settings** (e.g. reset advertising ID, ad personalization) and **Google account ad settings**.

### 8. Security

We maintain reasonable safeguards for the App; no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Please also keep your device and accounts secure.

### 9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy for features, legal, or business reasons. We will post the **new effective date** here. Material changes may be notified as required by law or Google Play (e.g. in the App or store listing). **Please review this page periodically.**

依目前版本設計，本應用程式為 **休閒滾球遊戲**，**不要求註冊帳號**，也**不**請您主動提供姓名、電話、郵件地址等身分資訊。

- **裝置感測器（重力／加速度等）：** 僅在您的裝置上偵測傾斜以操作遊戲，**用於提供遊戲功能**。我們**未**將感測器原始數據用於**廣告**，也**未**設計將該等數據上傳至我們自有伺服器。
- **遊戲進度（例如目前關卡）：** 主要儲存在您的裝置上，**用於提供應用程式功能**。
- **震動：** 若您裝置允許，可能用於過關、失敗等觸覺回饋，**用於提供應用程式功能**。

#### 2.2 第三方服務與廣告（Google AdMob）

#### 2.3 Google Play 與裝置

### 三、資料分享對象

- **我們**目前**未**將您主動提供之身分資料**販售**給第三方。
- **廣告：** 如前述，**Google AdMob** 及各該廣告技術合作對象可能接收或處理與廣告相關之資料，視您的裝置設定與適用法規而定。
- **依法或為權利主張：** 於法律要求、主管機關命令、或為防護我們或他人之權利與安全時，我們得在合法範圍內揭露必要資訊。

### 四、傳輸與儲存、國際傳輸

透過網路與 Google 服務傳輸之資料，一般採加密傳輸（例如 HTTPS）；細節以 **Google** 之實作為準。
若您位於歐洲經濟區或其他地區，資料可能為提供服務而被傳輸至您所在地以外之國家／地區；Google 等業者有其跨境機制聲明，請參考其政策。

### 五、保存期間

- **我們在裝置本機**儲存之遊戲進度等，由您透過**解除安裝應用程式或清除資料**等方式控制是否保留。
- **廣告／分析相關**資料之保存，依 **Google** 及各該第三方之政策為準。

### 六、兒童隱私

本應用程式**並非**以十三（13）歲以下兒童為主要對象設計。若您為家長或監護人，且認為兒童已向我們提供不當資訊，請與我們聯繫。若我們得知在未符法令前提下蒐集了兒童個資，將依法採取行動。

若您在 Google Play 將本應用程式標示為兒童／家庭導向，除應遵守商店之 **家庭政策** 外，另須依其要求設定廣告與資料蒐集（本政策仍應同步更新以符合實際設定）。

### 七、您的權利

依您所在地法律，您可能享有**查閱、更正、刪除、限制處理、資料可攜、反對處理**等權利。
本應用程式**無**使用者帳號系統時，多數與**廣告／裝置識別**相關之控制，可透過 **Android 裝置設定**（例如重設廣告 ID、廣告個人化選項）或 **Google 帳戶中的廣告設定** 調整。
