1. Overview
Zen Stargazer (“the App”) is a mixed-reality stargazing experience for Meta Quest. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is used, and how you can request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
2. Information we process

We do not require an account. We do not operate our own analytics, advertising, or cloud login for this App. We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment card data inside the App.
Meta / platform data: Meta may process device, store, and usage information under Meta’s own policies when you use Meta Quest and the Meta Horizon Store. That processing is controlled by Meta, not by this Privacy Policy.
3. How we use information
On-device settings and observer location are used only to remember preferences, show a sky for the place and time you choose, and improve usability. Optional saved images are for your personal keeping or sharing by you.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share App preference or observer-site data with third-party advertisers. Platform features operate under Meta’s and the device OS terms.
5. Retention
Local preferences and observer-site data remain until you change them, clear app data, or uninstall. Photos you save remain until you delete them from your gallery.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is a general-audience educational / lifestyle experience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information via our website, and we will delete it where applicable.
7. Your choices and deletion
- Change or clear language / location settings in the App
- Delete saved photos from your device gallery
- Clear App storage or uninstall the App to remove local App data
To request deletion of any personal information you believe we hold outside the device (for example a message you sent us), contact the developer below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. International users
The App stores the data described above locally on your device. Correspondence via website or email may be processed where we operate (including Taiwan).
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

3. 使用目的
本機設定與觀測地點僅用於記住偏好、依您選擇的時間與地點顯示星空，以及改善使用體驗。您儲存的影像供您自行保存或分享。
4. 分享
我們不出售或出租個人資料，也不會將應用偏好或觀測地點提供給第三方廣告商。平台功能依 Meta 與裝置作業系統條款運作。
5. 保存期間
偏好與觀測地點保留至您變更、清除應用資料或解除安裝。照片保留至您自行刪除。
6. 兒童隱私
本應用屬一般教育／生活體驗。我們不會故意蒐集兒童個人資料。若兒童透過網站向我們提供資料，請聯絡我們，我們將在適用範圍內刪除。
7. 您的選擇與刪除
- 在應用內變更或清除語言／地點等設定
- 在裝置相簿刪除已存照片
- 清除應用儲存空間或解除安裝以移除本機應用資料
若您認為我們在裝置外持有您的個人資料，請以下方方式聯絡並請求刪除。我們將在合理時間內回覆。
8. 跨境說明
上述資料主要存在裝置本機。網站或電子郵件往來可能在我們營運所在地（含台灣）處理。
9. 政策更新
我們可能更新本政策；更新時會修改文首日期。您於更新後繼續使用，即表示知悉並接受更新後政策。
