sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y rclone fuse
確認:
rclone version
二、設定 Google Drive(只需一次)
執行:
rclone config
n) New remote
name> gdriveStorage> driveclient_id> (直接 Enter)client_secret> (直接 Enter)scope> 1 # Full accessroot_folder_id> (Enter)service_account_file> (Enter)
Edit advanced config?> n
Use auto config?> y
Google Drive
rclone lsd gdrive:
mkdir -p ~/gdrive
rclone mount gdrive: ~/gdrive \
--vfs-cache-mode full \
--allow-other
現在:
ls ~/gdrive
nohup rclone mount gdrive: ~/gdrive \
--vfs-cache-mode full \
--allow-other \
--daemon
🎥 A user's creative use inspired a new way to think about SpatialCam!
Recently, I received feedback from a Meta Quest 3 user, and I found it really interesting, so I wanted to share it with you.
A user has been using SpatialCam (an app that records 3D spatial videos) as a “passthrough window.”
In immersive mode, they keep their VR experience while using a small window to see the real world, making it easier to interact with people and their surroundings even while staying inside VR. I found this use case really practical and inspiring.
Honestly, this wasn’t something I originally designed for, but seeing users creatively use SpatialCam in this way made me feel genuinely motivated and proud.
Because of this feedback, I’ve added a new feature in the latest version:
✅ Resizable window support
This should make the “immersive + real-world view” workflow much more comfortable.
Huge thanks to this user for sharing their experience. User creativity truly drives the evolution of this app.
If you have any creative ways of using SpatialCam or suggestions, feel free to share them in the comments! 🙌

## 💡 Tips and Suggestions
### Recording Tips
1. **Adequate Lighting** - Passthrough cameras work best in well-lit conditions - Avoid shooting in overly dark environments
2. **Stable Shooting** - Keep the device stable, avoid rapid movements - Consider using a tripod or stabilizer
3. **Battery Management** - Long recordings quickly drain the battery - Recommended to record while charging for long sessions
4. **Storage Space** - Recording produces large files - Recommended to regularly clean up unwanted videos to free up space
### Conversion Suggestions
1. **Conversion Time** - Conversion time is approximately 1-2 times the video length - Longer videos require more time
2. **Device Performance** - Device may heat up during conversion - Recommended to convert while charging
3. **File Size** - File size may change slightly after conversion due to re-encoding - YouTube 3D format usually slightly increases file size - Re-encoding ensures best compatibility and playback quality
### Frequently Asked Questions
**Q: Why can't I see 3D effects?** A: Make sure you're using a player that supports SBS format on Quest 3. On regular 2D screens, you'll only see side-by-side images.
**Q: What if conversion fails?** A: Check if storage space is sufficient, ensure the video file is complete, and try converting again.
**Q: Can I adjust conversion quality?** A: Currently, conversion uses high quality settings to ensure best image quality.
**Q: Are other 3D formats supported?** A: Currently supports SBS format and YouTube 3D format. More formats may be added in the future.
**Q: Can I use other video editing software to edit videos recorded with SpatialCam?** A: Yes! The author has tested using **vllo** (mobile video editing app) to edit photos and videos recorded with SpatialCam. Usage method: - Open 2560x960 screen settings in the editing software - Load photos or videos recorded with SpatialCam for editing - After editing, transfer the file back to the `/Movies/SpatialCam/` folder - Return to the SpatialCam app and use the YouTube 3D conversion feature - After conversion, you can upload to YouTube
**Important Reminder**: Regardless of which editing software you use, you must maintain the **2560x960** resolution to ensure normal 3D effects. You can also try other editing apps you're familiar with, as long as you maintain the resolution.
